1. I purchased an online video. How do i watch it and get my CE credit?

Just go to your My Services page. You will find the video you purchased there. Click it to watch. Any time during the presentation you can begin the quiz. After you've completed the quiz, just click the button to receive your credits. You will be given a link to review via email; we'd appreciate your comments. We will email your CE certificate and it will be available for you to download from your my-purchased-services page.

3. What happens when my time limit expires?

Note: You must take and pass the CE quiz before the time period expires in order to receive CE credit.

The streaming lectures, case reports, and technique videos all have a limited viewing period, which is indicated on the product details page. You can watch the movie as many times as you like in that time period. After your purchase, the number of days remaining are shown on your my-purchased-services page. Once the time period expires, you no longer have access to it and will need to repurchase if you want to watch the movie again.

4. The movie presentation stopped playing and is unresponsive. What should I do?

The lectures, case reports, and technique videos stream in real time; therefore, a broadband internet connection is required.

We apologize if the movie became unresponsive. This could be due to your local network, an outage in your internet service or our server may have visited the water cooler for a moment. A simple browser reload should remedy it. Unfortunately, if you've begun the CE quiz, a browser reload will force you to start it over from the beginning. See screenshot below illustrating a refresh.

5. I purchased an online clinical consultation. How do we get started?

First, go to your My Services page and click begin questionnaire. After completion, agree to the terms and save your final version. Then, from your my-purchased-services page click to begin uploading your patient's diagnostic records. Once all items have been submitted, your chosen doctor will review your case and create a repines. To view your entries and your doctor's response click view on your your my-purchased-services page.

6. How can I learn more about TADs?

The streaming lectures, case reports, and technique videos, Dr. Cope's book OrthoTADs: The Clinical Guide and Atlas is available exclusively from www.UnderDogMedia.us. There, you can find it as a hard bond book. It is also available as individual online flipbook chapters.

7. After I made a purchase, I noticed the Private User's Forum in My Services page. What's that?

We designed the Private User's Forum for our customers to have a place to discuss our products and orthodontic procedures. Please feel free to browse the forum, read posts and answer them if you feel comfortable doing so. We look forward to your involvement!

8. How does the forum work?

Below is a screenshot that highlights some main sections. Customize your profile if you like. Chat live with other users online in our ShoutBox. Browse topic categories and topic discussions. Click on a topic or discussion to begin a new post or reply to an existing post.

We have a general category. First click Private Users Forum to get to our main categories. Second, scroll to the bottom of our list of main categories and click on General.

12. The time in the forum isn't correct for me. How can I fix that?

First click on My Profile. Next click on Edit Profile. Finally, scroll down and change to your time zone. See below screenshot.
