||This case presentation details the use of headgear and Class II elastics to fully correct a unilateral Class II malocclusion. The patient also had an impacted canine that was uncovered and brought into its normal position in the arch. After treatment, a miniscrew implant was used to temporarily replace the congenitally missing lateral incisor followed by restoration of the miniscrew implant and peg lateral. Difficulties encountered and problem solving relative to the case are also discussed.
