||This case presentation details a transfer patient with lower first premolars previously extracted. Upon transfer, the new treatment plan involved the closure of the missing lower first premolar spaces using lower facial miniscrew implants with indirect anchorage to protract the lower second premolars and first and second molars bilaterally, thereby eliminating the need for dental implants and crowns. Difficulties encountered and problem solving relative to the case are also discussed.
