Some of our courses are private and are only given access to a restricted group of visitors with the direct course link. If you can’t see the course on our open courses menu, please refer to the instructions email sent to you by your course instructor at the time of registration with a link to access the course directly. 

Keep in mind that the website’s course menu only lists current or upcoming courses. If you have registered and taken a course in the past. Please follow these instructions to access it:

  1. Login with your name and password
  2. Once logged in, hover the mouse over your name on the top right corner of the page.
  3. A submenu should appear. Click on Profile.
  4. A list of all the courses you that you are enrolled in will appear. There you can:
      1. Click on view course the course.
      2. Click on the Certificate badge image under CE CREDITS to download your CE Verification form.(Keep in mind that the badge will only appear if you have finished the course and generated the form. If you don’t see it there, go back to the course by clicking on the button “view course” to finish it.)
      3. Click on the course title to view course completion tracking and statistics.

If you havent received your CE Verification form, the first step would be to check your spam folder. If it’s not there, no problem. You can access your CE Verification form on your profile area of the website.

Here are the instructions on how to find it:

If you have erroneously purchased a course. Please let us know within 24 hours of the transaction and do not access the content of the course. We will be happy to refund your money. 

Unfortunately it is not possible to cancel the order, so we have to process it and refund it. Therefore, we will refund the full amount minus the fee that stripe charges us to process the payment and refund it to you. Refunds should appear in your account between 5-10 business days.

Sometimes depending on where the course link is posted (on facebook, via email, etc…) there might be an issue with the permissions of that source website and the URL given. To solve that problem, please remove the http:// or https:// portion of the link and try again. The URL should start with www.

This is done intentionally in our system to avoid CE Fraud and duplicate CE Verification Forms. If you have not yet started a course, please contact us to change your information. If you have already taken a course and generated your CE Verification form, it cannot be changed.

We suggest using whiteout and a pen to change your information on the printed form before submitting it. Do not try to make any changes/corrections to your Ce Verification Form digitally, as it might void its validity.
